Hi, I’m Jess Feldt — a leadership coach passionate about helping people thrive through complexity at work and at home.
My coaching focuses on building sustainable success for emerging leaders, teams navigating change, and parents balancing career and family.
How I work: I focus on creating real, lasting change by helping clients shift the mindsets that drive their behaviors. I bring in research and proven approaches, but always in a practical way — encouraging experimentation, reflection, and learning so growth feels authentic and sustainable.
With a background in talent management, leadership development, and a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I bring both expertise and empathy to my work. As a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation, I partner with clients to find clarity, balance, and authentic ways to lead, without sacrificing what matters most.
What does it look like to work together?

We work together for ten sessions spread over six months. We meet every 2-3 weeks based on your availability. In between our sessions, you have access to text and email support between our calls.
In our first call, we dive deep into your goals. In each follow-up call, we discuss the mindsets and behaviors that influence the outcomes and goals you aim to achieve. We end each call with a commitment or experiment designed to challenge you out of your comfort zone. Along the way, I’ll be there to guide reflection, point out blind spots, share leadership frameworks, and hold accountability.

9 coaching sessions (50 mins each)

We’ll spend the first 90-minute session digging deeper into your goals and setting the foundation for our relationship.
The following sessions will be used to further your progress toward your goals through deep discussion and powerful questions. We’ll end each session with a specific commitment that is designed to help you reflect and make progress in between our sessions.
You’ll be able to email and text me in between our sessions for additional support, encouragement, and accountability.
